Just because we’re on lockdown doesn’t mean we haven’t gone away! For those members not on Social Media, did you know we are conducting regular Monday night strength training sessions and Thursday night cardio sessions via Zoom.
We also have a current daily “post a picture” of your run inspired by a letter chosen that day by our race secretary David.
