Our NEW Run Coaching Programme launches this week
Starting this Saturday 7th May, we will be hosting the first of our two monthly coaching sessions.
Beginning at 10am on the gravel pitch (by the playground) at Cannon Hill Park, this session will:
Start by exploring running technique, encouraging runners to identify their own
Our coaches will then help runners to explore opportunities for improvement
All followed by a number of running drills to put it all together!
And if that wasn’t enough; our coaching sessions are free to all Swifts
Oh and the following coaching session after this will take place on Thursday 18th May – starting at 6:15 at the Pagoda (City Centre)
